Step 01

Sign Up or Log In

Create your Waivr account in seconds. No installation required. Waivr runs entirely in your browser so you can access it from anywhere.

Step 02

Create a Project

Set up a new project by entering the project name, state, address, and owner information. All waivers you generate will be organized under this project.

Step 03

Add Your Subcontractors

Add each subcontractor to your project by entering their company name, contact name, email address, and trade. You only need to do this once — they'll be saved for future projects.

Step 04

Create a Waiver

Select the project and subcontractor, choose your waiver type (conditional or unconditional, progress or final), enter the payment amount and date, and Waivr generates a state-specific, legally formatted waiver instantly.

Step 05

Send for Signature

Hit Send. Your subcontractor receives an email with a secure signing link. No account or download required on their end.

Step 06

Sub Signs the Waiver

Your subcontractor clicks the link, reviews the waiver in their browser, and signs it electronically. The whole process takes less than a minute.

Step 07

Track Status on Your Dashboard

Your compliance dashboard updates in real time. Once signed, the waiver status changes to Signed so you always know exactly where every document stands.

Step 08

Download the Signed PDF

Click View PDF to download a completed, signed copy of the waiver for your records. We recommend keeping your own backup copies of all signed documents.
